Role Summary
In this role as a Senior Director of Adult Ambulatory Services, you will partner with leaders and Physicians within Behavioral Health and across the system in meeting the mental health needs of children in the community. To help achieve our mission, you will develop and foster effective/responsive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government officials, community leaders, donors and institutions awarding grants. Partnering with Inova Health System's Foundation in securing philanthropic support for operational expenses and scholarship treatment is of vital importance. Taking ownership for the development, implementation, and management of annual budgets to include billing, accounts receivable, management of denials, meeting budgeted volume expectations, management of expenses and negotiating comprehensive children act contracts with local jurisdictions is required. Your ability to lead the development, implementation, evaluation, and analysis of patient/student/parent experience through the use of empirically sound instruments is essential.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree.
- Years of Experience: 10 years of experience in a healthcare setting with experience in mental health services specific to psychiatric/substance use disorders and mental health diagnosis.

- Licensure: Licensed Mental Health Specialist
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience working with adults.
