Director, Staff Development and Staff Engagement
Summary: Works collaboratively across the organization to design, implement, and evaluate a meaningful staff development program for employees that build both organizational performance and professional skills. Develops and executes a learning plan and strategy that can be delivered across multiple outlets and measured for success and effectiveness. Strategic goals of the staff development plan should align with the organizational strategic goals. Location: Remote Anticipated salary: $90,000 Extended experience: up to $107,500 if experience exceeds expectationsPrincipal Functions:  Develops and implements a multi-year strategy to create a ???learning organization
