A diversely skilled group, we provide a range of legal and financial assistance for our business and high-net-worth clients: business tax, employee benefits and executive compensation, and private wealth services. Key partners on our team draw from experience they gained as stakeholders and government officials who helped to shape the very laws, policies and enforcement measures we navigate daily on behalf of our clients. We represent individuals, corporations, nonprofit organizations and other business entities in tax audits at federal, state and local government levels. We also regularly represent clients before federal, state and local tax authorities; before stat
