The Associate Director of Development, Parent & Family Giving is an important member of the Parent & Family Giving team in the Office of University Advancement at William & Mary, responsible for outreach to donors and prospects for the purpose of securing and stewarding lead annual and major gifts to William & Mary for endowment, capital, and annual support for all university areas, with a special focus on Student Affairs priorities, scholarships, and other student success initiatives.   The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director of Parent & Family Giving and helps manage and execute initiatives to build a culture of engagement and philanthropy among parents and family members of W&M students and alumni. The Associate Director is expected to develop an
