The Specialist, Marketing and Membership will support membership, marketing and communications initiatives at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), the organization representing state, local and territorial laboratories in the United States that are charged with protecting the public’s health. The Specialist will develop, coordinate and track marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase engagement and ROI. This position also supports an active membership program, providing excellent customer service and supporting member recruitment, engagement and retention.
