Summary: The Temp Workforce Specialist will support the ASTHO Workforce Portfolio to increase capacity to provide services and programming in recruitment to ASTHO members and their partners. With guidance, this position will proactively develop and contribute to strategies, management, implementation, and evaluation of PublicHealthCareers.org and efforts to recruit and retain recently hired individuals in agencies. Working with ASTHO Workforce Directors and partners, the Temp Workforce Specialist will support identification of strategies, product development, and technical assistance to strengthen workforce diversity, inclusion practices, equity, and accessibility with strong project management and interpersonal skills. Location: Remote
