Our growth in recent years has created a need to expand our business development function. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional to join our firm. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Professional will focus on identifying and cultivating opportunities within the Central Virginia market, promoting our suite of services to meet the needs of our clients.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary service providers and business influencers.
Educate influencers on the breadth of our services.
Collaborate with influencers to enhance our service offerings and expand our reach.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Drive the business development process from lead generation to proposal and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Actively engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present customized solutions.
Use a consultative business development approach, aligning our services with client objectives and demonstrating an understanding of their challenges.
Work closely with WW Professionals to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Become an integral part of our team of professionals, getting to know each professional and their areas of expertise.

Proven track record in business development, with experience in professional services, commercial banking, or related area preferred.
Knowledge of finance, human resources, and strategic planning concepts.
Familiarity with the RVA business community.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
