The Advanced Academic Programs (AAP) is a division of the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University (JHU). As the nation's oldest and one of the most prestigious research universities, Johns Hopkins offers high-quality master's degrees and post-baccalaureate education to students in the mid-Atlantic region and online. In addition to the online programs, AAP also offers master's degrees and graduate certificate programs at its Washington, DC Center and at the Homewood campus in Baltimore, MD. AAP has approximately 18,000 enrollments each academic year. Position Description:
The Advanced Academic Programs (AAP) division seeks non-tenure track adjunct faculty to teach AS.486.605 Ethics, Integrity, and the Responsibility of Leaders; AS,485.615 Leading and Managing Change; AS.485.635 Leadership and Organizational Behavior; AS.485.700 Team Building: Individual and Group Dynamics; AS.485.712 Project Management: Leading Projects to Successful Outcomes; AS.485.717 Organizational Development and Innovation; AS.485.718 Strategic Planning; and AS.485.719 Crisis Mitigation within the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program. The course(s) will be taught fully online beginning Spring 2022. Candidates with online course development and teaching experience and those with experience teaching and engaging students from diverse backgrounds are of particular interest.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, Management, or in a relevant field, such as Organizational Psychology, with a master's degree at minimum
- 10 years of professional experience in leadership roles in the private, public, or nonprofit sector
Preferred Qualifications:
- A terminal degree in Organizational Leadership or in a relevant field, such as Organizational Development, Business Management, or Organizational Psychology
- 1-3 years of graduate level teaching experience
- Online teaching experience
- The background to teach a wide variety of courses in the discipline, including change management, project management, strategic planning, crisis mitigation, organizational development, and team building, coaching, and mentoring.
