POSITION SUMMARY: The Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the CF Foundation on an array of legal, policy, ethical and reputational issues. The Counsel will support the work of the Foundation through facilitating the legal and ethical pursuit of its objectives, proactively managing risk to the Foundation through policy development, education and enforcement and risk assessment and management. This is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days per week in the Bethesda office.
