Membership & Communications Associate The National Association of Consumer Advocates, a small national nonprofit organization committed to achieving justice for all consumers, is seeking a Membership & Communications Associate in Washington, DC. This position works collaboratively with everyone on staff and reports to the Senior Director of Membership and Communications. This position is the liaison between our organization and our members. You will be responsible for all aspects of membership, from serving as the first point of contact for membership to ensuring the renewal of current members. You will also be tasked with maintaining records, tracking membership figures, and coordinating with the accounting department regarding the payment of membership
