Summary: Compile information and document processes for activity associated with ASTHO's Program Operations Unit. Working directly with the Director, interview interdepartmental stakeholders to collect, describe, and format information into shareable documents.
Location: Remote
Anticipated pay rate: $28/hr. Extended experience: up to $32/hr. if experience exceeds expectations
Principal Functions:
Interviews staff regarding their role in multi-step processes
Reviews written sources of information to provide additional context
Outlines processes and procedures in standard operating procure (SOP) template
Develops process maps for complex functions, highlighting areas of confusion for improvement
Performs reviews of previously documented procedures and updates as needed
Incorporates written comments in SOP documents and tracks overall status
Assists in collecting, entering, and updating data in spreadsheets
Monitor spreadsheets for errors and perform quality checks, following up with staff when needed
Cross referencing spreadsheet data with JAMIS data, updating and migrating file records to ERP system
Updates forms and trackers that support the organization???s performance management system
Organizes active budget folders, adding and removing files as appropriate
Creates, organizes, files, and maintains accurate electronic files and hardcopy folders
Maintains confidential and sensitive information
Qualifications:
5+ years in a similar position providing administrative/office and customer service support
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience working with spreadsheets and data tracking preferred
Ability to manage diverse priorities with positive outcomes
Willingness to work on projects across the department
