POSITION SUMMARY The firm’s Director of Finance and Accounting manages, coordinates, and ensures the effective execution of all financial functions and activities of the law firm, its affiliated not-for-profit 501(c)(6) membership association, and its affiliated for-profit Subchapter S consulting company.
