Position Overview: The Associate General Counsel will play a lead role with respect to NCQA’s government and private sector engagements, intellectual property matters/licensing, legal agreements related to NCQA’s commercial work streams, advising on routine corporate and legal matters, and employment law matters. This is a high visibility role within and external to the organization to accomplish NCQA’s strategic business objectives.
Experience: Minimum of seven to ten (7-10+) years of legal experience in government (FAR) and commercial contracting, technology licensing and other intellectual property agreements. Healthcare industry experience is highly desired.
Location: Washington, D.C. (hybrid work model available).
