The Chronicle of Philanthropy is hiring a fellow to work with the opinion editor. This year-long, part-time position offers an opportunity to learn about opinion writing and editing and help shape the focus and content of op-eds on issues relevant to the nonprofit and philanthropic world — racial equity, the climate crisis, abortion, voting rights and much more. The opinion fellow will work closely with the opinion editor, who will provide ongoing mentorship and direction. This includes coaching and guidance on how to edit and write strong op-eds and commission opinion writers.
