Summary: Responsible for inputting data and making changes from existing data figures (SL) into new, financial digital platforms (JAMIS). Principal duties include inputting data from AP/AR documents into digital spreadsheets and JAMIS platform.  

Location: Remote

Principal Functions: 

• Collects, enters, and updates data in spreadsheets. Monitor spreadsheets for errors and perform quality checks, following up with staff when needed. 

• The individuals must be proficient in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details. 

• Be able develop tools for tracking, analyzing and forecasting financials data for all projects 

• Actively participates in JAMIS implementation meetings, serves as point person for updating status tracker, monitoring template uploads, and gathering and taking notes. 

• Monitors general ledger activity for JAMIS for implementation. 

• Identifies miscoded entries and prepares journal entries to the general ledger as needed 

• Support Senior Director in maintaining data in JAMIS Prime ERP. 

• Ability to review and analyze financial reports 

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years in a similar position providing administrative/office and customer service support. 

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL Project Setup and/or JAMIS Prime is preferred 

• Advanced MS Excel skills (advanced formulas, functions V-LOOKUP and pivot tables), familiarity with SQL Server and database reporting. 

• Experience with system implementation and working with large data sets is preferred 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Financial data analysis, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, generate reports, data merging and supplemental data sources using automated reporting applications 

• Experience grants/contracts is preferred
