Summary: The graphic designer is responsible for shaping ASTHO???s creative products, developing digital and print assets, and producing website content. This position will also conceptualize and execute design ideas for campaigns, products, and events.
Location: Remote
Principal Functions:

Develop overall layout and design for web assets, illustrative images, banners, social media content, and email communications.

Design a variety of creative materials for web and print, including reports, issue briefs, infographics, annual reports, enhanced PowerPoint presentations, and interactive products.

Strategize branding concepts for campaigns, products, and events.
-
Identify opportunities for creative innovation in ASTHO???s portfolio. Continuously evolve skills to stay aligned with broader content trends.

Concept, storyboard, and design for new organizational initiatives.

Produce and oversee branding guidelines in collaboration with team leadership.
-
Coordinate with external designers, as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
2-3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio highlighting examples of graphic design and multimedia work.

Bachelor???s Degree preferred
-
Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier.

Experience creating motion graphics and web-native content.

Familiarity with web-native content creation tools such as Canva, Animoto, Piktochart, and others.

Multimedia production and editing experience.
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
