Summary: The Coordinator reports to the Senior Director, Programmatic Health Equity Initiatives & Strategy and supports the programmatic health equity technical assistance portfolios.
Location: Remote
Principal Functions:

Provides administrative support to the Senior Director, Programmatic Health Equity Initiatives & Strategy including helping organize and prioritize time sensitive assignments and deliverables, coordinate required program updates, monitor completion of tasks and assignments, and manage calendar appointments

Manages individual and team calendars and email inbox.

Coordinates meetings and assists with meeting planning and technology support, including technical assistance and capacity building program work.

Shares in workload with staff to complete any job that has priority at the time.

Performs tasks involving writing reports, contract files, memos, meeting minutes and professional correspondence; edits documents as required.

Attends meetings either in person or remotely and provides notes to staff.

Represents and serves as a designated liaison for Programmatic Health Equity Initiatives & Strategy team at ASTHO administrative work groups and ad hoc administrative projects.

Performs general administrative support such as updating worksheets and PowerPoint presentations, troubleshooting computer problems, maintaining shared folder systems, setting up Zoom meetings, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Ability to participate in and support ASTHO events, conferences, and other functions.

Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years in a similar position providing administrative/office and customer service support.

Experience working for membership association or grants funded organization.

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
