What You Will Do: Join a dynamic team of inter professionals serving individuals with substance-use and co-occurring disorders at our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position centers on an evidenced based model of care, with both group facilitation and case management responsibilities. IOP is designed to partner with patients presenting with concerns about maintaining sobriety who need structure and coping skills to support recovery goals. This hospital-based service is part of Inova's continuum of care for addictions services, including inpatient services, day treatment and outpatient services. Master's Degree, PhD, PsyD, EdD in mental health, social work, Counseling, or behavioral health-related field or degree.
BLS certified through the American Heart Association.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSATP)
Behavioral Health Therapist 3 Requirements - job # 600467:
5 years in addiction treatment/mental health treatment, at least 2 years Post-Masters licensure experience.
Obtain BLS Certification within 3 months and CPI within 6 months of start date.
Licensure required: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSAP, or LCP2.
Behavioral Health Therapist 4 Requirements - job # 600183:
5 years in Mental Health.
Master's Degree or PhD in mental health, social sciences, or behavioral health related field.
One of the following: LPC, LMFT, MCSW, LCP, LSAP.
