St. Mary’s Parish is a vibrant Catholic congregation located in Historic Annapolis, Maryland serving over 5,000 families. St. Mary’s Parish includes St. Mary’s parish, St. John Neumann Mission Church, St. Mary’s Elementary and St. Mary’s High School. The parish is seeking to fill the position of President of Schools with a dynamic leader to guide the education of over 1200 students in grades preK-12. The President serves as the school’s leader and ambassador, with responsibilities focused on institutional advancement, strategy, sustainability, organizational structure, community and spiritual leadership. The President delegates to the Principal daily responsibilities for academic and co-curricular affairs. The President is appointed by the Pastor of St. Mary’s in collaboration with the Archdiocese of Baltimore and the schools Board of Directors. In keeping with the bylaws of St. Mary’s Schools, the President has a direct reporting relationship to the Pastor of St. Mary’s and the Archdiocese of Baltimore Superintendent of Catholic Schools, and is accountable to the School Board.
