Responsible for application and hardware maintenance and support activities for the IT Business Management System to ensure optimal performance. Conducts and performs application and technical reviews to determine feasibility, cost, and appropriateness for development and integration of new functionality and modules. Performs migration of code from test system to production system. Creates and maintains migration procedures. Maintains code control log and validates code migration documentation, in accordance with audit and change control guidelines. Responsible for developing training materials and for training the user community on the IT Business Management System.
