Do you want a rewarding career making a difference in people's lives? Ideal Protein at Prince William Family Medicine is looking to identify a full-time Coach to take the lead for our weight loss clinic in Manassas, VA.

The Coach is a key position within the clinic. Responsible for providing leadership, management, inventory, sales, weight loss coaching, and a liaison with our doctors, management and the clients and patients.

We are seeking dynamic, high energy and motivated leader to manage and participate in daily activities. You will grow cliental, revenue and excellence.

Being a part of the PWFM, INOVA and Ideal Protein differs from other retailers because of our focus on innovation and collaboration while helping our clients get healthy and off many of their medicines. Our medical practice places the highest priority on customer service and wellness of our clients and patients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Exceed clinic goals and expectations through delivering exceptional client service
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
  • Support, motivate and educate clients on the Ideal Protein Protocol.
  • Meet with clients weekly for one on one coaching
  • Able to contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Required: Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays; hours vary between 7am-8pm
  • Prefer 1+ years of experience in the Weight Loss, or similar image-based industry.
  • Proven Performance ability
  • Previous Leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Possess a strong work ethic
  • Self-Development: Responsible for expanding knowledge of program through participation in meetings and successful completion of ongoing training courses.
  • Be a role model to clients and employees by living the Ideal Protein principles of healthy weight and lifestyle.
  • Lead by example by displaying a willingness to assist with any task and encouraging a cooperative environment.
