Coordinates activities for recruiting and selection from internal and external sources.
Work with several assigned hiring managers to understand their business, department culture and what type of candidates are ideal for the department
Work closely with pre-screened candidates provided by the Sourcer to facilitate the process from hiring manager interview to offer and hire.
May conduct some full life-cycle recruiting for niche positions which includes research and sourcing candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and established external relationships.
Screens potential candidates by conducting initial interviews, testing and other approved measures.
Extracts and compiles data for recruitment metrics and reporting.
Compiles information for new hire files, and enters candidate and new hire data into HR systems.
Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities
