Collington is currently in search of candidates for the position of Director of Philanthropy. This position leads all aspects for developing, implementing, and advancing an effective philanthropy program to include annual fund, major gifts, capital campaign, planned giving and grant procurement. Coordinates and leads external relations efforts for Collington to include community relationship building and serving as an advocate and ally on Collington’s behalf internally and externally. Works collaboratively with all stakeholders including Foundation Board of Directors, Leadership Team Members, Collington Residents, Kendal Director for Philanthropy and Community Leaders and Organizations of the Greater Washington DC Metro Area and beyond.
