Looking for a candidate with strong clinical experience working with the neurologically involved(CVA, TBI, brain disorders) Ideal candidate has experience with inpatient rehab, strong communication/writing skills, and time management! Our program is unique in that we have dedicated SLP Clinical Specialists focused on providing co-treatment mentorship and educational opportunities to support team members in professional development!

Job Requirements: Selects evaluation and treatment methods appropriate to the diagnosis, age group and patients physical and emotional status and formulates appropriate treatment plans. Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment and protocols. Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines, adjusting the treatment plan accordingly. Demonstrates understanding of all rehabilitation regulatory and payor requirements and applies in clinical practice on a daily basis Adheres to department policy regarding timeframe, form and content of written evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries. Communicates effectively with patients, family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors and outside contacts. Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit.
