Processes all incoming supplies and equipment into the hospital/perioperative services and assures that they are delivered to the requestor in a timely manner with documentation of delivery. Accurately fills department inventory requests and delivers to designated location with supporting documentation. Assures that the warehouse/storeroom is neat and orderly, and that inventory levels are accurate. Participation in physical inventory,daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
