Our hardworking team of Interventional Radiologists, Neurosurgeons, Vascular Surgeons, Nurses, and Interventional Radiology Technologists offer excellent patient care across many modalities including Body IR, Peripheral Vascular, Neuro Interventional, and Aortic Endovascular. As a part of the Heart and Vascular Institute, we pride ourselves in serving our patients in thrombectomy stroke care, endovascular aortic repair, peripheral vascular disease, interventional oncology, and interventional pulmonary procedures. Sign-On Bonus Information: This Experienced Interventional Radiology Tech position is eligible for a competitive Sign-On for qualified candidates. Technical Skills: Patient Assessment: Collaborates with the team to collect data pre-and post-procedure, and prepares patients for procedures in IR. Equipment Operation and Maintenance. Safely and competently operates all radiographic, processing, and inventory equipment in IR. Patient Advocate. Acts as a liaison between physician, family, and other interdepartmental units. Utilization of Resources. As part of the IR team, it utilizes the laboratories efficiently and safely. Quality Assurance. Participates with the team in unit assignment quality assurance projects. The ideal candidate will have dynamic experience in Body IR, Peripheral Vascular, Neuro Interventional, and Aortic Endovascular to include Scrub, monitoring, and circulating.
