This position is for a Respiratory Therapist who is an advanced level Respiratory Therapist, with advanced assessment and therapeutic skills in multiple patient populations, areas or ages groups. The Respiratory Therapist is expected to routinely perform and interact as a professional and handle virtually any circumstance that may arise pertaining to respiratory care without supervision. This position is part of our clinical ladder and may adjust due to candidates who apply with different levels of experience. External candidates with experience and proper credentials will start at a RT 2 level with opportunities to progress upward on the clinical ladder (RT3 and RT4). New graduates will start at the RT 1 level and progress on the clinical ladder after proper orientation and competences are complete.
