We are looking for someone with a proven track record of profitability as a store manager. Someone who has an expansive knowledge of pricing and authentication of top designers and brands in soft and hard goods, current trends, garment construction, as well as, organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail. Someone who has an eye for design and an eye for profit. The resale industry is growing at an exponential rate. Our stores have been a part of the community for over 60 years and we need someone who can see "next level".

Responsibilities:

• Directs day-to-day operations for an IFMC resale facility.
• Manages and accounts for all budgets, operating expenses and contractual resale inventory
• Works closely with our department's Senior Financial Analyst to remain in compliance with Inova Health System financial policies and procedures
• Manages staff and volunteer workforce on a daily basis, ensuring sufficient personnel coverage to assure the highest level of customer service is provided
• Trains all personnel to meet customer expectations, Inova Standards of Behavior, and performance goals
