The Systems Analyst 3 is a senior position at Inova that will lead our Kronos Support Team within the Inova Business Applications team in IT. The Sr Systems Analyst will partner with business analysts and other stakeholders to configure and support our Kronos Version 8.1 Environment. The role will act as the primary IT liaison to Human Resources, Nursing, and our Finance Team Members.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years experience in extensive functional knowledge, experience with system configuration, solution, design, build, test an updates of the Kronos Workforce Central suite of applications.
Responsibilities: Partnering with our Finance (Payroll), Human Resources, and Nursing teams analyze new requests from each team and determine best solution within the Kronos Workforce Central Environment.
Manage the Kronos environment including upgrades, maintaining firmware updates on Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch), and participating/managing small to large complex projects.
Assist in maintenance and support of Kronos including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis in a 24x7 environment.
Collaborate in a team environment and independently with vendors and business partners.
Manage our ServiceNow Support Queue and resolves support tickets within their defined SLA's.
