Loyola University Maryland is seeking an Assistant Dean of Graduate Enrollment and Director of Graduate Admission. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Assistant Dean/Director provides institutional leadership in the areas of graduate enrollment including graduate enrollment policy, graduate enrollment management, graduate student recruitment, and graduate financial aid. - Create and direct strategic enrollment management planning for graduate education across the institution. - In conjunction with school deans and the vice president for enrollment, develop graduate enrollment budget projections, and monitor progress towards projected enrollment goals. - Analyze enrollment trends and provide data to help inform decisions related to potential new program development and pricing. - In partnership with individual schools and university marketing and communications, provide strategic direction of the recruitment of prospective students to non-degree, degree, and certificate programs, including marketing, annual goal setting, events, and special targeted initiatives. - Direct graduate admission and operations activities to develop new initiatives to help increase and diversify graduate enrollments. - Provide strategy related to the most effective use of institutional financial aid to maximize graduate enrollment. - Evaluate existing services, policies, and procedures within all aspects of graduate enrollment and make recommendations for improvement. - In partnership with university marketing and communications ensure an optimal marketing and communication strategy for all graduate academic programs, inquiries, and applicants. - Work closely with individual school program operations personnel to ensure a smooth transition from the point of application through matriculation. Provide guidance as needed for best practices with respect to application review. - In conjunction with graduate admission operations, individual schools, and the director of enrollment data and analytics, establish best practices for the optimal use of the Universities' graduate instance of Slate by ensuring consistency with data management and reporting. - Provide leadership to the staff of the Office of Graduate Admission as well as oversight of all office operations and the department's budget. - Serve as a senior leader within the Division of Enrollment Management along with the Dean of Undergraduate Admission, Director of Financial Aid, and Director of Enrollment Data & Analytics. - Pursue and promote active and mutually beneficial collaborations with stakeholders and constituents in the community, including regional businesses, local and state governments, and nonprofit organizations. - Collaborate with campus constituencies, especially in academic affairs, enrollment, finance, and marketing & communications to ensure overall graduate enrollment goals are met.
