Provides executive support to the Provost, acting as primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies. Supports the Provost and the Dean in matters pertaining to fundraising and, specifically, the campaign primarily as it relates to donor interactions, ensuring coordination with key development staff. Provides support for the Provost's priestly duties. Works closely with the Executive Assistant to the Dean to provide supplemental assistance with donor-related activities.

Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years' executive-level administrative or office management experience in support of a senior executive, preferably in a non-profit organization. Fundraising and campaign experience is preferred.
Must have very strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. Must be able to work independently and in partnership with others, and must be adaptable to competing demands. Must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and mail merges. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a must.
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with experience.
