The successful incumbent will manage and administer, configure, design and provide support for assigned software; troubleshoot, analyze and solve complex customer software issues and questions, provide guidance and instruction to customers; lead issue resolution, testing and application upgrades as required; and plan, organize and coordinate the application support activities for one or more applications.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in one or more of the following: Kronos Time and Attendance , HBI/HPM Financial Reporting , Tecsys Perioperative Inventory , Vistar Provider Management and Custom Web Applications.
