The Account Manager serves as point of contact and engagement specialist for corporate accounts and large radiology practices. The account executive reports to the Director of Membership and and will work with the Director to identify strategic opportunities, manage complex assignments that are diverse in scope, and search out appropriate courses of action. Key responsibilities include:
Helping to build and execute a strategic account management plan
Helping to develop account goals and objectives
Setting growth targets
Key contact mapping (including key contacts and influencers)
Helping to define internal roles and responsibilities for each account
Helping to build effective onboarding and ongoing engagement strategies for members employed by accounts.
Managing membership processing and identify processing efficiencies for accounts.
Working with the ACR Chapter Team to coordinate chapter engagement with the accounts.
Managing accounts by providing courteous, thorough and professional service.
Maintaining a working knowledge of ACR products and services.
Learning all aspects of the account's business objectives, including short-term and long-term objectives, to identify growth opportunities and align business interests with ACR offerings.
Tracking engagement of account's members.
Researching and resolving account's business processing and billing issues by obtaining and examining all relevant information to determine cause and facilitate resolution.
Ensuring timely and successful delivery of ACR solutions according to the account's needs and objectives.
Liaising with internal SMEs for projects associated with accounts, including support and administrative issues.
Managing day-to-day account interactions and expectations.
Assisting with critical requests, troubleshooting and escalating issues, as needed.
Working with the ACR membership/data team to prepare regular reports on account's member/non-member status.
Clearly communicating account progress to Director and internal stakeholders on a monthly basis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
Superior communication skills in person, over the phone, via email.
Experience in organizational account management.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to create a professional yet personal rapport to help to build trust.
A self-starter with proven abilities in problem solving.
Strong customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels.
Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently.
Ability to manage daily interactions and think strategically to help to create value and foster growth among Clients.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and apply it to business solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, membership or customer service.
Salesforce and/or database experience required.
Exceptional project management skills/experience.
Strong PC and MS office skills.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
