The university investments team is a core component of the Foundation's efforts to connect scholars, students, and partners with the resources to explore diverse ideas and solutions that meet the challenges of our day. As a program manager, you'll be responsible for driving part of the Foundation's existing portfolio of grants to universities, students, scholars, and other non-profits. You'll also have the opportunity to help identify and evaluate new opportunities for impactful philanthropy in higher education. Your interpersonal skills will allow you to foster meaningful, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your Responsibilities Include
Manage an existing portfolio of grants to educational programs, graduate student programs, and other grants that support academic research
Collaborate across teams and with partners to drive results, effectively manage projects and relationships, and ensure success of grants
Cultivate relationships with faculty, administrators, and other stakeholders and represent the Foundation among university partners
Make grant recommendations to decision makers
Some travel required in order to maintain relationships with external partners
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
3-5 years of professional experience, 3+ years of experience in relationship management
Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement and superior professionalism in nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High degree of intellectual curiosity and a drive to seek out the best knowledge to inform and improve your work
High level of humility and integrity
Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency
Strong organizational skills
