Sidwell Friends School (SFS) is a PK-12, co-educational Quaker day school with campuses in Washington, D.C., and Bethesda, Maryland. Founded in 1883, the School is a nonprofit, tax-exempt institution governed by an independent Board of Trustees.
Reporting directly to the Director of Development, Annual Giving and Leadership, this position is responsible for monitoring and working with the department’s information systems and databases. This position will support end users with fundraising data requests and software issues including, but not limited to, setting up dashboards, creating and auditing queries, developing reports, creating data exports to move data from one system to another, and correcting data integrity issues all related to fundraising activities. Finally, the Advancement Services Database Coordinator will work collaboratively with team members to provide regular training on Advancement systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related experience is required, with three to five years of demonstrated success in working with databases and information systems and proven experience in training on constituent database systems, tools, services. Experience working in a Development/Fundraising office.
